Payment assistance

Payment Plans are available to students who experience financial difficulty in paying for their study. Payment Plans may be provided at the discretion of the Institute Director or delegated officer.

Payment Plans may be refused where inadequate identification is provided, an unsatisfactory credit history exists, insufficient income to make the repayments or previous Payment Plan installments have not been adhered to.

Students who do not finalise their payment plan prior to the commencment of classes are required to pay the fees in full.

If the student is under 18, a guarantor will need to be present at the Payment Plan interview. The guarantor provides their Income & Expenses on the Payment Plan application form and attends the Interview with the student.

Payment plans require an immediate deposit of 20% of your fees or $75.00 (whichever is the greater).
