Paying for Services
As a student of Southbank Institute, you may be required to pay for services/products during the semester. This may include:
- Graduation
- Beauty Treatments
- Massage
- Gym membership
- Extra Internet Quota
- Student ID card reprints - If lost or stolen
- Course Specific items e.g. kits, assignment writing guides, locker use, memory stick
- Result of Assessment, Academic History or Award Reprints
- Library Services eg. binding kit
- Job Search Guide
Once the transaction is finalised, you will be issued with a receipt and any other relevant documents.
Note: Graduation Students will be posted their tickets separately.
Methods of payment
In person - Cash, cheque, money order EFTPOS or credit card
You can pay for any of the above mentioned items in person at Student Administration and Services at the Southbank campus.
Fax - Credit cards only
Please ensure you include your student number, name, address, contact phone number, service/product you require (product codes if applicable) and credit card details.
Please provide the card number, type of card eg. visa card, expiry date, name on the card and the card holder signature.
