Employment Process

Southbank Institute aims to have a workforce representative of the wider community and advertises vacancies to provide for the receipt of applications from a broad range of applicants.

Applications are required in writing and involve the addressing of selection criteria specific to the position being applied for. A selection panel comprising suitably qualified staff considers all applications.

Those applicants considered by the panel as having potential to fill the position are requested to attend an interview. Final selection for positions is based on how well applicants can demonstrate their ability to meet the selection criteria.

Appointments may be made on a full time or part time, permanent, temporary or casual basis.
